Beyond The Future Era FoE

A life beyond Future Era 




First things first: FE is the second best age in this game, SAAB is the best.


If you plan on aging up, you either do it to go to SAV tp help on AA in GvG, or you planning on staying in SAAB because it is the best GBG age to be in.


Second thing you should know: AF and OF suck big time because you won’t be able to reach high attrition anymore (expect your FE attrition to be cut in half) and because you can’t really rush the ages beyond FE (because of the special goods that you can’t trade), you’ll be in these ages for a while and you will hate it.


But as soon as you reach SAM it’s all fine again and SAAB is fun again.

So if you still plan on aging up, this is what you should do:


First make sure you advance on the continent maps. You should have zero problems fighting AF, OF and VF maps with Hover Tanks.
Make sure you’ve done these cmaps before aging up to AF. It’s on the SAM cmap where you will need to think again about what troops to use (I will talk about this in the topic aging up to SAM).
Also: stop spending coins and supplies on Recurring Quests !!! The ages beyond FE require alot of coins and supplies, so make sure you have high lvl HC and CF, so you get enough to age up.

Aging up to Arctic Future (AF): (estimated time spend in af: 2 gbg seasons)
- Wait for GBG to start, fight at least once in GBG when you’re still in FE and only then age up to AF. This way you will fight the whole GBG season against FE troops.

- AF troops suck, so you will want to keep using Hover Tanks. Next GBG you’ll fight against AF troops and instead of using 1 HT + 7 rogues like in FE, you should now use 3 HT’s + 5 rogues.

- Try to unlock the AF harbor asap! Always choose the crew members that give you the most promethium. And make sure you always keep the ship going, because this is your primary source of Promethium income.

- Build Space Carrier: From AF and higher, the SC will give you special goods. In AF you only get Promethium, but when you are in OF, it will randomly give you Promethium or Orichalicum (special good of OF). Iin SAM you will also be able to get Mars Ore this way, etc…
In AF you can rush it to lvl 28. When you double collect SC you will get 1.623 promethium in 28 days. When you rush SC on first day to lvl 28 you get 839 promethium and 1.215 promethium the next 27 days, giving you a total of 2.054 promethium.


You will want to keep lvl 28 to 58 (or higher) for when you are in OF, because Orichalicum (OF special good) is harder to get.

- Unlocking tech: don’t unlock the last crew member tech “Frost Immunity”. This will only make your runs more expensive. Wait untill you have enough promethium to go to OF and then unlock your last tech on the AF tech tree.

- Guild Expedition: 3 hover Tanks + 5 rogues should get you easily to the last 4 platforms.
On platform 60, 62, 63 and 64 you will be up against 4 heavy and 4 artillery, where you need to manual battle. Artillery can’t hit flying units, so use 8 combat drones (TE unit) to take out the 4 heavies and then auto battle the 4 artillery (they can’t hit you, so there’s no chance of getting damage).


Repeat that for second wave. If you have a high attack percentage and already have a decent amount of plasma’s (AF artillery), you could also go for 6 plasma + 2 rogues, these will also get you past these platforms.

Aging up to Oceanic Future (OF): (estimated time spend in of: 4 gbg seasons)
- Make sure you have at least 610 Promethium before aging up to OF. You need this to unlock the Eel units. (keep in mind you're gonna rush your SC, so you'll get a fair amount of prom from that rush)

- Instead of waiting for GBG to start, you should now age up before GBG starts! In OF you will want to fight with 1 Sub Cruiser, 1 Turturret and 6 Rogues, or 8 Eel.


These troops suck against AF troops, this is why you do not want to wait for GBG to start (unless you’re planning on still using the Hover Tanks against AF troops, which is fine, but OF against OF is better).

- To unlock the OF Terminal you will need 2280 Promethium. So if you have that before you age up to OF, that would be the most ideal case.
This way you can immediately start farming the Orichalicum (OF special good). If you’re close the day before GBG, don’t worry about it and just age up, because you only need 610 to unlock the Eels you need for fighting.

- Orichalicum: For farming Orichalicum, don’t go for crew members that will bring you most, but go for the crew members that reduce the most time.


This way you will be able to deploy 2 runs per day instead of one, making it more efficient.

- Space Carrier: Lvl 58 is the most efficient lvl of SC, the next lvl you get an extra turn for a chance on a diplomatic reward is lvl 91.


SC will give you either Promethium or Orichalicum. It is completely random, but expect to get more Promethium then Orichalicum (because almost everyone gets more prom than orich).


If you double collect your SC every day, you will get 3.560 special goods in 30 days (28 to 58). If you rush it from 28 to 58 you will get 1.747 special goods the first day (+45 if you do it right after collection) and the next 29 days another 1.972 special goods, so 3.764 special goods in total.

- Unlocking tech: Do not research “New Recruits”, hold off as long as possible! This tech will unlock more crew members, making your runs way less efficient.


You also do not need all tech beyond this one, so just wait to unlock this and all the rest untill you have enough Promethium and Orichalicum to age up to VF.

Aging up to Virtual Future (VF): (estimated time spend in vf: 1 gbg season)
- You will finally be able again to do some decent attrition in GBG. The game will be enjoyable again.

- Just like OF, you need to age up to VF before the start of GBG.
Because you will want to fight with Rockets and if you fight against OF troops, you will be up against Gliders and that’s a flying unit. Rockets can’t hit flying units, so you will not be able to fight fast in GBG if you’re up against OF troops.

- You need 1410 Promethium and 1260 Orichalicum to unlock Rockets in VF.
If you don’t have that unlocked yet by the start of GBG, don’t worry: Hover Tanks are decent against VF troops. But once you get 6 rockets + 2 rogues, GBG will be decent again ;)

- Guild Expedition: in GE you will also go up against OF troops the first 3 lvls, so make sure you don’t use rockets when you’re up against gliders.
8 eel work great to rush through the first 3 lvls of GE.

Aging up to Space Age Mars (SAM): (estimated time spend in sam: 4 gbg seasons)
- Before you age up to SAM, you will need to have completed both SAM continent maps.
On these maps there are Exploration Sites where you can gain Mars Ore (SAM special good).
If you don’t have these unlocked before aging up, you will already be stuck, because you need it to unlock your primary fighting unit: Sentinels.

- SAM cmap: if you’re conquering the SAM cmap when you’re still in FE: only use hovers when you’re up against sentinels and sniperbots.
Use fast units like drone swarm (use recon raiders if you’re already in AF, or eel if you’re already in OF) when you’re facing Tesla’s
and if you’re up against space marines and/or steelwarden you should use artillery (use plasma’s if you’re already in AF or rockets if you’re in VF).

- If you have conquered the cmap already age up to SAM after GBG starts. Fighting with Sentinels against VF units is easy!


You will need Mars Ore to unlock Sentinels and because the farming goes slower at start, you will need like 3-4 days to have enough to unlock them.


You can speed up the farming by paying 30 diamonds for the 24 hour trips (only do it for the 24hour trips and only if you have enough tickets)

- To put the Exploration Sites to work, you will need tickets and those you get in your colony.
Put your colony full with Drop Pod. Those residential buildings will generate 152 tickets per building per 4 hours.


Make sure to collect these every 4 hours in the first days, because you’ll need more tickets than you’ll have at start. After 3 days you’ll be swimming in tickets.

- You will want to use 8 sentinels or 2 Steel Warden + 6 Rogues in GBG, so make sure you have enough of them before GBG starts 

Aging up to Space Age Asteroid Belt (SAAB): (estimated time spend in saab: 3 gbg seasons)
Before aging up there are 2 important things:
- You will not be able to use the SAM Exploration Sites, so you can’t farm Mars Ore anymore .
(you can put a 3x3 building in your city to produce it, if you aged up too fast and you’re short, but your SC will also produce it once in a while)


You need 11,500 Mars Ore to complete the SAAB tech tree and 3750 Mars Ore to complete the Venus tech tree. Conclusion, collect 15k mars ore first before move to SAAB.


That is 15.250 Mars Ore to complete these 2 ages, and you will probably need it also to complete the new age Jupiter Moon, so having 20k Mars Ore extra will be good if you’re planning to age up fast.

- And secondly, make sure you conquered the SAAB cmap. Just like SAM you have Exploration Sites on the cmap where you will farm Asteroid Ice.

- In SAAB fighting is fun again ;)

- You need 1200 Mars Ore, 250 Orichalicum, 750 Promethium, 700 processed Materials (normal SAAB good) and 600 Bromine (normal SAAB good) to unlock Nail Storm.


This is the only unit (in combination with rogues) you will need in SAAB and it will get you to high attrition in GBG (yay!).

- If you don't GvG, i suggest you stay in SAAB until Jupiter Moon gets released. SAAB is the best GBG age to be in, so there's not mucht advantage of aging up to SAV right now.

Aging up to Space Age Venus (SAV):
You should only age up to SAV if you want to GvG. SAAB is the best GBG age to be in.
GBG in SAV is not terrible at all, it's still fun and easy. But SAAB is easier, so if you don't GvG it's better to hang in SAAB ;)

- You will not be able to use the SAAB exploration site when you age up to SAV. You know the drill: get enough Asteroid Ice, before aging up, just like you did with the Mars Ore.
You need 7.250 Asteroid Ice to complete the SAV tech tree, and you'll need 3.900 more for Jupiter Moon.

- Ofcourse you know by now that you need to complete the SAV cmap before aging up. Else you don't have acces to all exploration sites where you will mine for Venus Carbon (SAV's special good).

- There are 2 military units that you use in SAV: Energy Cannons (fast unit) and Power Dragons (artillery)


8 Energy Cannons is best in GvG, Neighbourhood and PvP Tower, because this unit will move first and do enough damage to make sure you don't take too much damage.


Power Dragons combined with rogues is your go to for GBG, fights on the exploration sites and RQ's.

- Age up after GBG already started, so you can still fight SAAB vs SAAB, while you try to unlock Energy Cannons and Power Dragons as fast as possible.
It takes 800 Venus Carbon to unlock the Energy Cannons, so that will be easy, but the Power Dragons are almost at the very end of the Tech Tree, so that'll take some time and alot of goods + special goods.
This is why you should not age up right before GBG starts, you'll need time to get to those Power Dragons.


Best military units to use per age


Manual fighting will always get you further than auto battling, but GBG and GvG is all about speed! That's why everyone wants to know what the best troops are for auto fighting.


Here you will find the best troops you should use in every age if you want to auto battle in GBG.


Ofcourse at some point you will hit your attrition limit with these troops, at that point you need to see what the troops are that you're up against and choose your troops accordingly.


🪖Iron Age (IA)-8 Ballista


🪖Early Middle Ages (EMA)-

2 Armored Infantry + 6 Rogues


🪖High Middle Ages (HMA)-

2 Champions + 6 Rogues

8 Trebuchets if your attack is 300 or higher


🪖Late Middle Ages (LMA)-

2 Imperial Guard + 6 Rogues

Or 6 Rogues + 1 Longbow Archer + 1 Cannon

or 2 Heavy Knights/Champions + 6 Rogues if you're up against at least 2 Cannons


🪖Colonial Age (CA)-

2 Grenadiers + 6 Rogues

or 2 Dragoons/Champions + 6 Rogues if you're up against at least 2 Field Guns


🪖Industrial Age (InA)-

2 Howitzers + 6 Rogues


🪖Progressive Era (PE)-

8 Rapid Fire Cannons

or 2 Tanks + 6 Rogues when high attrition


🪖Modern Era (ME)-

2 Battle Tanks + 6 Rogues


🪖Post Modern Era (PME)-

2 MG Team + 6 Rogues


🪖Contemporary Era (CE)-

2 Champions + 6 Rogues


🪖Tomorrow Era (TE)-

2 Stealth Tanks + 6 Rogues


🪖Future Era (FE)-

1 Hover Tank + 7 Rogues


🪖Arctic Future (AF)-

3 Hover Tanks + 5 Rogues.

You can use this until VF. Just build Alcatraz GB to level at least 50. Build hover tank factory and rouge hide out. 


🪖Oceanic Future (OF)-

1 Sub Cruisers + 1 Turturret + 6 Rogues

or 8 Hydroelectric Eel

or 2 turturret + 2 sub cruisers + 2 Hover tank + 2 Rogues

or 3 Medusa, 2 Scimitar, 2 Manta, 1 Turturret

or 3 Scimitar, 1 Manta, 2 Nautilus, 2 Sub Cruiser

or 8 Hover Tanks (you will run out hover tank easily because you are not in FE)


🪖Virtual Future (VF)-

6 Rocket Troops + 2 Rogues or

2 Rocket Troops + 2 Ninjas + 4 Rogues or

2 Rocket Troops + 6 Rogues or

8 ninjas

or 8 Hover Tanks (you will run out hover tank easily because you are not in FE). Not recommended since in pvp arena, you will encounter SAM and higher.


🪖Space Age Mars (SAM)

-8 Sentinels

or 2 Steel Warden + 6 Rogues (also 3+5)

or 4 Tesla Walker + 4 Sniperbot


🪖Space Age Asteroid Belt (SAAB)-

2 Nail Storms + 8 Rogues (also 4+4)

All SAM troops combination above also work on GBG and GE at low attrition.


🪖Space Age Venus (SAV)-

2 Power Dragons + 6 Rogues

or 8 Energy Cannon


🪖Space Age Jupiter Moon (SAJM)-

3 Harpoon Grenadiers + 5 Rogues


🪖Space Age Titan (SAT)-

8 Pressurizers or 8 Permafrost Drones or a mix of those two.

GBG Fighter Troops Combination 

However, if you playing GBG with limited troops available, maybe you can finish some weak troops first. I found that, light unit is always weak unless rogue.

There's 5 unit available. By ranking, light unit, fast unit, range unit, artillery unit and heavy unit. There's also special unit under the troops but only rougue and champions is useful.

For first 5-10 attrition, use only 8 light  unit. (Don't use rougue!)

For first 10-20 attrition, use combination range, artillery and rougue. Formation 3+3+2

For first 20-30 attrition, use combination fast unit and rougue. Formation 6+2.

The rest of it, use heavy unit+ rougue combination 2+6, and then 3+5, and then 4+4.

This is how to maximise and utilise the troops, maximum!

Attack per age      

Here you'll find my advice on how much attack/defense for your attacking army you should have in every age.      

This is primarily based on being able to finish GE by fighting.      

But it's also to perform well in GBG and being able to succesfully attack at least half of your neighbourhood list.      

If you're a very experienced manual fighter, you'll be able to finish GE with less attack than what i advice as minimum.      

But with the attack that i advice, you shouldn't have too much problems in completing GE, even if you're not a very experienced manual fighter.      

Keep in mind that you'll have to fight some platforms in GE manually if you go for minimum attack.      

      

Age Minimum Recommended   (without booster)

Don't move to next age unless you get this A/D value. The better value is the best one!

Iron Age (IA) - 50/30 better 100/60   

Early Middle Ages (EMA) - 90/70 better 200/100   

High Middle Ages (HMA) - 200/150 better  230/180   

Late Middle Ages (LMA) - 250/160 better 400/200 

Note that, with the value of 400/200, you can take down enemy with 250 A/D value which in GBG, at 20-30 attrition!  

Colonial Age (CA) - 230/180 better 450/300   

Industrial Age (InA) - 230/180 better 500/350   

Progressive Era (PE) - 250/200 better 550/400   

Modern Era (ME) - 300/250 better 600/450   

Post Modern Era (PME) - 300/250 better 700/550   

Contemporary Era (CE) - 400/300 better 700/550   

Tommorow Era (TE) - 500/350 better 700/550   

Future Era (FE) - 600/500  better 750/600 

Note that, with the value of 750/550, you can take down enemy with 600 A/D value which in GBG, at 40-60 attrition!  

Arctic Future (AF) - 750/550  better 900/650   

Oceanic Future (OF) - 800/600  better 1000/800     

Virtual Future (VF) - 900/700  better 1100/900     

Space Age Mars (SAM) - 1000/800  better 1200/1000

Note that, with the value of 1100/900, you can take down enemy with 900 A/D value which in GBG, at 70++ attrition!  So this is the average strong guildie A/D value.

Space Age Asteroid Belt (SAAB) - 1200/1000  better 1300/1100

Space Age Venus (SAV) - 1200/1100 better 1400/1300   

Space Age Jupiter Moon (SAJM) - 1400/1300 better 1800/1700   

Space Age Titan (SAT)  - 1500/1400 better over 2k each.

Duration Minimum To Stay Every Ages (Recommended)   WITHOUT DIAMOND.

Iron Age (IA) -  1 season of GBG    

Early Middle Ages (EMA) - 2 season of GBG. You can choose to stay here. But if you want to move HMA is not good to stay long. Prepare forge point, EMA goods, HMA goods and IA goods enough to open HMA and LMA.

High Middle Ages (HMA) - 3 season of GBG. RECOMMENDED to skip ASAP. This is because you cannot fight well at this era. You need 6 trebuchet that at the end of tech trees. Unless you want to help your guild with goods.

Late Middle Ages (LMA) - 2 season of GBG.

Now you are 3 month. You can choose to stay or move.

Colonial Age (CA) - 3 season of GBG   

Industrial Age (InA) - 2 season of GBG. You're also can consider to stay longer here.

Progressive Era (PE) - 3 season of GBG

Now you are 7 month. You can choose to stay or move.   

Modern Era (ME) - 3 season of GBG. You can choose to stay or move.  You're also can consider to stay longer here.

Post Modern Era (PME) - 3 season of GBG. You can choose to stay or move.   

Contemporary Era (CE) - 4 season of GBG. You can choose to stay or move.

You are almost a year playing FoE!!!   

Tommorow Era (TE) - 4 season of GBG. You can choose to stay or move.   

Future Era (FE) - 4 season of GBG. You can choose to stay or move.

Highly recommended to stay long in The Future Era! At least 6 month and maximum is forever. But...

If you planning to move to AF, collect space carrier blue print. You also needs to saving FP at least 5000fp.

Arctic Future (AF) - 4 season of GBG. You can choose to stay or move. But highly recommended move to OF if you done collected 3200 promethium or at least 610 promethium before opening OF tech trees. 

You also needs to trade OF goods in market at least 250 goods each. 800 OF good each is better.

You can start build Space Carrier GB in this era and AI Core GB. But SC is necessary than AIC!

Oceanic Future (OF) - 6 season of GBG. You can choose to stay or move. But if you rushing, it is  recommended move to VF, the condition same applies as AF (orichalchum). Don't forget to finish all OF dan VF maps and the story quest.

Now you are almost two years playing FoE!! 

Virtual Future (VF) -  2 season of GBG.  If you are rushing, please collect at least 1k SAM goods each by trading and 500 orichalchum at least. You also must saving at least 1000 diamond (get it in GBG and quest) and very important, you have finished all VF CMaps and already enter to SAM CMaps.

Space Age Mars (SAM) -  6 season of GBG.  You're also can consider to stay longer here. BUT IF you want move, please collect at least 15k mars ore first before move to SAAB because exploration site will be demolished once you enter SAAB. Highly recommended to stay longer here or forever since this age is so fun after The Future.

Space Age Asteroid Belt (SAAB) -  6 season of GBG. Highly recommended to stay longer here or forever since this age is so fun after The Future.

Space Age Venus (SAV) - 6 season of GBG

Now you are 3 years old if you follow all minimum requirements to stay. Need to move again? Highly recommended to stay longer here or forever since this age is so fun after The Future.

Space Age Jupiter Moon (SAJM) - 10 season of GBG or forever here. SAT is sux!!

Space Age Titan (SAT)  - many player agree, don't go for this era. Stick to SAJM until new era established.


From bronze to the future era, you can make it 6 month if you spend and redeem diamond. You can reach to SAAB in a year if you spend minimum $300 per month to buy a diamond. Only buy a diamond when promotion only. But you are weaker except you spend another $300 a month to a great building.


Great Building Priority 

1. Best GB for express moving are CdM, CoA, SoZ, Traz, SBC. Always make sure, you level up all of these GB at least at Level 30 each.

2. Best GB for sniping and swapping thread is The Arc at level 80.

3. Best GB for GBG is number 1 and AO. You also can build Kraken after AO reached at least level 40.

4. If you want to join a higher rank Guild, you must have Obs level 30 and The Arc level 80. So, level up it first or they not interested with you!

5. You need Himeji Castle when reach Oceanic Future. You needs Space Carrier only when reaching Arctic Future. So, don't rush to build these two GB.

6. Another GB also good, depend what you want and what you needed. But, having CdM, CoA, SoZ, Traz, SBC, The Arc, and AO is necessary and high priority! Having all this GB at Level 80 each is perfect! But don't worry, each GB at Level 40 is okay in one condition, build many special building from each monthly event.


FOE free Diamond bonus: 

1. You can get it in story and side quest. But very little and by luck.

2. You can get it by explore cmaps but very limited.

3. Many player agree that GBG is very generous of diamond. But you must do at least 50-100 fight/nego to get ±45 diamonds and if you can do 250 fight perday, if by luck, you can get up to 180 diamonds per day. That meant, in 11 day of GBG you can get up to 3000 diamonds!! But usually  1500 diamond guaranteed.
